Unfortunately we DO NOT offers Refunds or cancellation on orders. You can return the order for an exchange but it must be within and no later than 7 days of your delivery date (the date the receiver signs for the package). It can be exchanged for a different Size, Style or Color. Returned merchandise must be in the same condition it was given, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all original tags attached. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. This includes the cost for returning the package to us and for the new order to be shipped to you. The original shipping cost will not be refunded. Upon receipt of returned goods, JaeJolly.com reserves the right to deny return if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

*Please note that we have a limited amount of each design, so in the event that you wish to do an exchange for a different size and the same item you ordered is sold out and no longer available you will not be able to get a refund but you can exchange it for a different design or color (once its available)

*JAE JOLLY holds no responsibility for lost or stolen packages that are returned to us. The customer is responsible for any loss or damage of these items.

MADE TO MEASUREMENT ORDERS

JAE JOLLY will not be responsible for any Incorrect measurements submitted. Ensure to recheck all measurements before Adding it to your Cart. If you provided an incorrect measurement and the item doesn’t fit we’ll happily accept it as a return (once it meets our Return Policy requirements above) and make any alterations necessary or exchange it for a different size. However the Customer will be responsible for ALL shipping charges.

Exchange PROCESS

To initiate an exchange, you must first ship the package to the address below.

*Please include the commercial invoice and the same value you received with the package.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure to state that the package is a RETURN ITEM and that the country of origin manufactured is JAMAICA. (If this is not stated and they’re duty charges for us to receive the return package the CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THOSE CHARGES)

Once the package is shipped please send an email to info@jaejolly.com with the following information.

  1. Your order number.

  2. A copy/photo clearly showing the tracking number and the shipping/postal service that was used.

  3. State the reason for the return as well as the item/s along with the sizes you wish to Exchange the return for.

*IF YOU SHIP/POST YOUR ORDER ANY LATER THAN 7 DAYS AFTER YOUR DELIVERY DATE WE WILL NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN AND WE WILL NOT HOLD ANY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE PACKAGE.

Once your return is received and inspected we will send an email to notify you if we have approved or rejected your return for an exchange. If your return is approved we will then go ahead and start processing your new order. Please note that if the item is not in stock it will be Made To Order and our processing time is 5-15 business days (Monday- Friday). Once the order is completed we will send you a Paypal invoice with the shipping cost ($35-45 USD depending on the destination and weight of the package, which is the Actual cost we pay to ship all orders) and as soon as payment is made we will ship the order and send you an email with the tracking information.

RETURN ON SALE items

Any item noted as SALE cannot be returned for an exchange. All Sale items are Final.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered, but you have not received it, please contact Customer Service at info@jaejolly.com. Note: We do not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that shows successful delivery to the order address.
